It is produced under high temperature and pressure,in order to compress and dry layers of sulphate wood pulp. After the process, a rigid board comes out with great mechanical and electrical strength as well as excellent dimensional stability, which are critical properties to ensure the normal operation and life span of a transformer.Other than this, press board with good quality must not contain metal particles, the surface must not have cracks, holes, blisters, water stains and other stains, and the edges must be cut neatly.
