As a Diamond dotted paper supplier, Hanyao provides our customers with reasonable solutions.It also known as DDP or Diamond Pattern Paper (DPP), is an interlayer insulating material made of high-performance insulating paper as the base material and coated with special modified epoxy resin in a diamond-shaped pattern.These partially coated diamond patterns are good for the evacuation of air and moistures during drying process ,effectively avoid partial discharge. After being heated,the epoxy resin will melt and bond to the coils and conductors which ensures the good mechanical strength of transformer windings.

1.Hanyao diamond dotted paper is made from 100% sulphate pulp, with High purity and excellent mechanical strength.
2.During using process, this material needs to be preheated at 90℃±5℃ for 3 hours, and then cure at 125℃±5℃ for 6 hours to complete the bonding.
3.It can withstand temperatures upto 105℃.
4.The products are widely used in interlayer insulation and interturn insulation of oil-immersed power transformers.
