As a manufacturer, Hanyao provides quality Electrical Insulation EPGC 308 Epoxy Fiberglass Board. This board is made by impregnating alkali-free glass fiber cloth with epoxy-modified phenolic resin and then curing it by hot pressing. They are usually dark brown or yellowish-brown and have a smooth surface.EPGC 308 can be understood as a "high-performance FR-4" or a "rigid board focused on Class H insulation".Its long-term operating temperature can reach 180-200℃, meeting the H-class (180℃) insulation standard.
This is its most critical advantage over ordinary FR-4 (usually B-class, 130℃).Fiberglass cloth offers extremely high mechanical strength and dimensional stability, and maintains good performance, especially at high temperatures.It can maintain good electrical insulation strength even in high temperature and harsh environments.Compared to organic fiber materials (such as phenolic fabric boards), it does not absorb moisture and has stable performance.
