China Epoxy Resin Prepreg DMD is a flagship product from Hanyao, with good quality and competitive price. It is made from DMD impregnated with heat-resistant epoxy resin. DMD is a composite insulation material made from polyester film laminated with two layers of polyester no-woven fabric. Firstly the DMD material will be totally impregnated with epoxy resin then it will be baked to solidify the resin, forming into a stable insulation material. When heated to a certain temperature, it will adhere firmly to copper or aluminium foil and make it a solid insulation system.

1.Epoxy Resin Prepreg DMD is F class insulation material which is able to withstand temperature up to 155℃.
2.It has excellent electrical property as well as great bonding strength.
3.It will be cured under minimum temperature 120℃ for 6 hours or 120℃for 2 hours at 155℃, or 1.5 hours at 160℃.
4.It is mainly used in dry-type transformer low-voltage coil interlayer insulation, F-class motor slot insulation and phase insulation.
