It is made from plant fibers as the substrate, and is processed by semiconductor modification and wrinkling technology. Its core application is in the insulation structure of high-voltage/ultra high voltage power equipment, focusing on three core functions: electric field control, insulation protection, and structural adaptation. 1、 Regulating electric field distribution and optimizing insulation structure

      This is its core function, addressing the pain points of uneven electric fields inside high-voltage equipment:

Equilibrium electric field strength

      High voltage transformers, transformers, and other equipment are prone to electric field concentration near the winding ends and leads, which can cause partial discharge and damage insulation components. The resistivity of semiconductor wrinkled paper is in the semiconductor range (10 ⁴~10 ¹⁰Ω· m), which can form a continuous potential gradient with conductors and insulating parts, disperse the concentrated electric field, reduce local electric field strength, and avoid the risk of corona discharge and insulation breakdown.

      The wrinkled structure gives it good flexibility and elasticity, which can tightly adhere to the surface of irregular components such as windings and leads during equipment assembly, fill gaps, and play a sealing role to prevent insulation oil leakage and moisture intrusion; At the same time, in the vibration generated by equipment operation, friction and collision between components can be buffered to avoid mechanical damage to the insulation layer.

Easy to process and shape

      The wrinkle design of wrinkled paper makes it easy to stretch and wrap around complex parts such as winding ends and lead joints. It has strong adhesion and does not require complex cutting, making it suitable for the assembly needs of irregular structures in high-voltage equipment.

Compatible with insulation impregnation process

      It has good oil absorption and can quickly and uniformly absorb insulating oil in the vacuum impregnation process of transformers, forming a dense oil paper insulation layer, further improving insulation performance and electrical strength.
