       PTFE Glass Cloth Adhesive Tape, also commonly known as PTFE fiberglass tape, is made of fiberglass fabric as the substrate, impregnated with PTFE coating and high-temperature pressure-sensitive adhesive. Balancing the mechanical tensile strength of fiberglass with the low friction, anti sticking, chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and insulation properties of PTFE, it differs from pure PTFE film tape in that it has stronger tear resistance and is widely used in various industrial production line scenarios with high temperature, adhesive, resin adhesion, friction and wear.

1、 Scenario of packaging heat sealing equipment

      This is the most mainstream application scenario of the tape, widely used in film sealing equipment for food, medicine, and daily chemical products. Apply it to the heating working surface of heat sealing strips, L-shaped sealing and cutting machines, and blister packaging machines to prevent molten plastic film from sticking to the heating blade. Reduce the accumulation of film residue, ensure a smooth and continuous sealing appearance, reduce the frequency of equipment shutdown and cleaning, and adapt to continuous packaging production lines.

2、 Film coating, composite and hot pressing process scenarios

      Applied to surface coating of laminating machines, hot press machines, leather laminating equipment, and textile shaping rollers. The low friction and easy demolding characteristics of tape prevent resin, adhesive, and hot melt materials from adhering to the drum and heating plate surface, allowing the finished product to peel off smoothly and reducing surface defects. Simultaneously protecting the substrate of the roller body, reducing roller surface wear, and extending the service life of the roller.

3、 Composite materials, molding and demolding scenarios

      During the processing of carbon fiber, fiberglass, and thermoplastic sheets, they are attached to the surface of molds and fixtures as a demolding isolation layer. After resin curing, it will not adhere to the mold, making demolding smooth and protecting the surface of the mold, saving a lot of polishing and cleaning processes. It is also suitable for isolation and protection in various adhesive curing and epoxy resin casting processes.

      Installed on the contact surfaces of the hopper, discharge chute, guide rail, and conveyor mechanism. Reduce material sliding resistance, prevent powder and viscous materials from sticking and blocking, and improve the stability of automated feeding. The tape is resistant to chemical corrosion and can handle the transportation of corrosive materials.

5、 Electronic, Electrical, and Photovoltaic Manufacturing Scenarios

      Used for high-temperature insulation isolation, wire harness protection, and spray shielding protection. It can be used for insulation coating of transformers and heating elements, as well as for surface anti sticking protection of high-temperature fixtures in photovoltaic module manufacturing and battery production. Resistant to various fluxes and chemical solvents in the manufacturing process, with dual insulation and anti sticking effects.

6、 Textile and Printing and Dyeing Drying Equipment Scene

      Surface coating of sizing machine drum, drying drum, and printing drying equipment. Resist the adhesion of pulp and dye, maintain a smooth surface of the drum, ensure stable fabric surface quality, and adapt to long-term continuous high-temperature drying operations.

7、 General industrial anti-corrosion and high-temperature protection scenarios

      Various equipment panels that require resistance to acidic and alkaline solvents and high-temperature isolation serve as chemical barriers to resist chemical corrosion. It can also be used for high-temperature cable wrapping and temporary protection of fixtures, maintaining stable performance even under humid and hot conditions.

      As long as there are requirements for high temperature, anti stick demolding, reduced friction, chemical corrosion resistance, or electrical insulation in the production conditions, PTFE Glass Cloth Adhesive Tape can be considered for use. Compared to ordinary PTFE film tapes, fiberglass substrates provide better tear resistance and are more suitable for industrial continuous production lines with continuous pressure and reciprocating friction.
