Hanyao quality Electrical Insulation SHS Prepreg Paper is a flexible composite material made of polyimide film bonded to both sides with polyester non woven fabric, and is a stage B prepreg (model 6453) made by impregnation with epoxy prepreg resin and baking. As we all know, polyimide film is an insulating material that can withstand temperatures up to 180 degrees Celsius. In addition, its good tensile strength strengthens the non-woven fabric, which is originally easy to break.Similarly, the edges of the nonwoven fabric are not easily torn, a property that makes the originally easily torn polyimide film even more durable.
These two products complement each other and compensate for each other's shortcomings, forming a new insulating material that transcends the original properties of either product.The cured product exhibits excellent electrical and adhesive properties. 1.Electrical Insulation SHS Prepreg Paper is able to withstand temperature upto 180℃
2.Curing conditions: 130℃±5℃ for 5 hours; or 140℃±5℃ for 4 hours; or 150℃±5℃ for 3 hours.
3.The product should be stored in a dry, clean, and well-ventilated warehouse below 40℃, away from fire, heat sources, and direct sunlight. The product shelf life is 6 months.
4. It can be used for interlayer insulation of low-voltage coils in dry-type transformers, as well as slot insulation, interlayer insulation, turn-to-turn insulation, phase-to-phase insulation, and pad insulation in motors and electrical appliances.
