Electrical Insulation FR4 Epoxy Fiberglass Sheet provided by Hanyao factory is a composite laminate material made by impregnating electronic-grade glass fiber cloth (E-Glass) with epoxy resin as an adhesive and curing it by hot pressing.It is typically translucent to opaque green (the color of flame-retardant epoxy resin), but it also comes in yellow, blue, white, and other colors. The surface is smooth.FR4 epoxy fiberglass board has excellent mechanical properties, dielectric properties and thermal stability.
Fiberglass cloth gives it high mechanical strength, making it resistant to bending and deformation, and providing excellent support and fixation for electronic components. Its dimensional changes are minimal under various environmental conditions (such as variations in temperature and humidity), ensuring circuit accuracy.FR-4 epoxy board is a high-strength, highly insulating, flame-retardant, heat-resistant, easy-to-process, and low-cost composite engineering material. It is the primary material used in the manufacture of rigid printed circuit boards, supporting the entire modern electronics industry.
