Diamond Dotted Paper is a specialized material in the field of electrical insulation. Its core use is for insulation and fixation of windings in oil immersed power transformers, as well as for electrical equipment such as high-voltage motors, reactors, and transformers.
1、 Core application scenario (power transformer)
1. Insulation between winding layers/turns (most important)
Used for insulation between coil layers, turns, and sections of oil immersed power transformers, separating conductors of different potentials and providing reliable electrical isolation.
Lingge dot shaped epoxy coating: non stick at room temperature, melts and solidifies when dry (about 90-125 ℃), firmly bonding adjacent winding layers into a rigid whole, resistant to short-circuit impact and interlayer displacement.
Advantages of Point like Structure: Ensure full penetration of transformer oil, smooth discharge of internal gases, suppression of corona and partial discharge, and improvement of insulation life and reliability.
2. Insulation between the winding end and the lead wire
Used for insulation and fixation of coil ends, leads, tap changers, and other parts, strengthening structural integrity and withstanding short-circuit electrodynamic forces.
2、 Other electrical equipment applications
High voltage motors/generators: insulation between turns and slots of stator windings, also used as anti corona and anti vibration fixing materials.
Reactors, transformers, oil immersed switches: winding insulation and structural bonding, suitable for oil immersed, high voltage, and vibration conditions.
Special cables: used as shielding and isolation layers, insulation reinforcement, to enhance temperature resistance and mechanical stability.
