Hanyao G10 epoxy fiberglass laminated sheet made in China is made by impregnating glass fiber cloth with epoxy resin and then heating and pressing it into the required shape.
During the manufacturing process, the high temperature and high pressure process ensures that the material has a tight structure, high strength and high durability.This material possesses properties such as non-conductivity, non-absorption of water, resistance to expansion or contraction due to environmental factors, impact resistance, and resistance to high and low temperatures, and is widely used in electronics, mechanical insulation, and knife handles.
Manufacturers can adjust the product size by changing the number of glass fiber layers and offer a variety of color options.Most importantly, tt maintains high insulation resistance and dielectric strength in both dry and humid environments, making it an ideal insulating material.

1.G10 epoxy fiberglass laminated sheet is able to withstand temperature upto 130℃.
2.The main colors are yellow, green, and black.
3.G10 itself is not flame retardant. If flame retardant properties are required, the flame retardant version FR-4 should be selected.
4. Its extremely low water absorption rate means that its performance and dimensions remain stable even in humid environments.
5.It is used for insulation structural components of Class F motors and electrical appliances, such as transformers and switchgear.
