This material relies on the characteristics of voltage equalization, anti corona, flexible coating, and oil resistant insulation, and focuses on optimizing the electric field and insulation protection of high-voltage transmission and transformation equipment. Its core applications are as follows:
1、 Oil immersed power transformer (maximum application scenario)
End shielding of winding: Wrap the high and low voltage winding heads and sharp corners of the ends to weaken the concentrated electric field, prevent corona and partial discharge, and is a standard configuration for large main transformers.
Lead insulation voltage equalization: Wrap the body leads, bare copper bars, and tap changer connection parts to balance the potential and prevent creeping along the surface.
Interlayer/corner reinforcement: used in areas where stress and electric fields are concentrated, such as winding corners and oil passage edges, with both buffering and electric field relaxation effects.
Core clamp insulation: isolates metal structural components from windings, eliminates floating potential, and avoids stray discharge.
2、 High voltage transformer (current/voltage transformer)
Covering the ends of the primary and secondary windings, outgoing terminals, and winding corners, suitable for indoor/outdoor high-voltage transformers, stable operation of electric fields, and extended insulation life.
3、 High voltage cables and accessories
Cable terminal/intermediate joint: Wrapped around the insulation layer fracture and exposed conductor position of the cable, it mitigates sudden electric fields and is the core shielding material of high-voltage cable accessories.
Cable wrapping insulation: Some medium and high voltage cable cores use buffer layers to disperse charges and suppress discharges.
4、 High voltage switchgear
Oil immersed circuit breakers and load switches: internal conductors, contact bases, and insulation support components are wrapped around corners to eliminate metal sharp corner electric field concentration.
High voltage switchgear: The busbar inside the cabinet, the root of the wall bushing, and the edge of the insulation parts are subjected to voltage equalization treatment to improve the insulation reliability of the cabinet.
5、 Reactors and capacitors
Dry type/oil immersed reactor: The winding ends and incoming and outgoing lines are shielded to resist insulation hazards caused by vibration and temperature changes.
High voltage power capacitors: core lead wires, inter electrode corner voltage equalization protection, reducing the probability of partial discharge.
6、 Other power supporting equipment
Rectification transformer and electric furnace transformer: under special working conditions, the winding and lead are shielded, suitable for harmonic and frequent start stop working conditions.
High voltage insulation components of power stations/substations: irregular insulation components, metal connectors with surface coating, and uniform electric field distribution.
