China quality Electrical insulation filament adhesive tape is usually composed of three core functional layers.Fiberglass cloth offers extremely high mechanical strength, tear resistance, and heat resistance. Like a "steel skeleton," it prevents the tape from easily breaking, wrinkling, or shrinking during wrapping and subsequent use. It is generally made of alkali-free (Class E) fiberglass cloth, which has good insulation and thermal stability.Polyester film offers excellent electrical insulation properties. It features high dielectric strength, stable dielectric constant and dielectric loss, as well as excellent chemical resistance and moisture resistance.Pressure-sensitive adhesives enable tapes to self-adhere, allowing them to be securely wrapped around coils without additional treatment and achieving interlayer bonding to form a whole.The polyester film is firmly bonded to the fiberglass cloth through advanced coating or hot-pressing composite processes. Then, an adhesive is applied to the other side of the fiberglass cloth, and finally it is rolled into a strip.
