Hanyao factory provides high-quality polyimide film for motor coil winding for global customers. Polyimide film is a yellow transparent material which has superior mechanical and electrical strength,it is a H class material which can withstand temperature upto 180℃.The material is made by casting a polyamic acid solution into a film and then undergoing high-temperature imidization. It has a relative density of 1.39 to 1.45, a long-term operating temperature of 250 to 280°C, a tensile strength of 200 MPa, and is resistant to radiation, chemical corrosion, and electrical insulation. It is widely used in flexible circuit boards, motor slot insulation, and spacecraft solar sail manufacturing.Hanyao is one of the factories with long history.As of today,we have more than 10 production lines and over 500 tons yearly output.It is a very good high temperature resistant insulating material. It can be used alone or in combination with other insulating materials, which will give it better performance.
